4 SESSIONS | Continue your journey as an oil painter! This class is customized to advance individual painters’ skills. Subjects can include painting from a still life, copying the works of master painters, or learning to paint figures and portraits. Students are encouraged to work at larger sizes and to learn and employ broad brush methods, including brush handling techniques and working with mediums. Plan on about $25 for materials. Materials list will be provided roughly 2 weeks in advance of the class.

The Lincoln Park Building’s Great Room is a multipurpose art-making classroom space with movable work tables, chairs, easels, and drawing horses, framed by two massive arched windows and a high ceiling.
