Free ArtDAI

Free ArtDAI is a quarterly event where kids, families, and artists of all ages can gather to create simple projects with provided materials. Hosted in the beautiful DAI Lincoln Park Building , it is an opportunity to get into community and flex your creativity.

During the months of COVID lockdown and social distancing, Free ArtDAI continued as a virtual class. Volunteers helped pack art supply bags for participants to pick up and bring home, and instructors led each craft project over Zoom, enabling hundreds of people to stay home and stay creative.
