Valentine’s Day Wine and Clay Night with Lucas Anderson

Immerse yourself in an evening of creativity and connection. Beginner-friendly and perfect for partners, this experience includes a professional clay demonstration, hands-on experience at the throwing wheel, and personalizing your own mug. End the night with a selection of delicious wines and appetizers. Each person will receive their own personalized mug from the evening once they have been fired, roughly two weeks following class.

The Duluth Art Institute’s Lincoln Park Building (2229 W 2nd Street) houses a fully equipped ceramics studio accommodating beginning to advanced potters and ceramic artists. The studio provides throwing wheels, hand-building and wedging tables, a slab roller, spray booth, glaze room, and related hand tools. The studio also boasts four electric kilns and one large gas kiln.
