Parking

  • The Duluth Transit Center parking ramp at 228 W Michigan Street, Duluth, MN 55802 (Google Maps) has free parking for 1 hour and Skywalk access. One block away. Follow Skywalk signs for US Bank Plaza.
  • The Holiday Center parking ramp at 207 W Superior Street, Duluth, MN 55802 (Google Maps) also has Skywalk access. Parking lot entrance ramp located on 1st Street. One block away. Enter Skywalk on Floor 2 and follow signs for US Bank Plaza.
  • The Fourth Avenue Auto Park (Google Maps) and Tech Village Ramp (Google Maps) are also nearby and connected to the Skywalk. Both are about three blocks away from the DAI.
  • Paid street parking available. There are two ways to pay for parking downtown, an app and a pay kiosk. Pay kiosks are available on Superior Street between 3rd and 4th Avenue West, near the DAI.

Note: Michigan Street is a one-way traffic street.

Bus

The Duluth Transit Center at 228 W Michigan Street, Duluth, MN 55802 (Google Maps) is located about one block from the DAI. All Duluth bus routes include this stop. Plan your bus route here.

Skywalk

The Skywalk is an indoor walkway system connecting much of Downtown Duluth. The portions of the Skywalk near the DAI are open 7am–7pm Monday–Friday. Skywalk hours may be extended during DAI events. Check specific event page for details.

Biking

There is a bike rack outside the US Bank Building near the Superior Street entrance, and longterm locked bike storage available for rent in the Duluth Transit Center.

A small parking lot is available on the West side of the building, as well as free on-street parking. Handicapped parking space directly in front of West side entrance.
